Training

CBX Systems offers an intensive three day training session that will enable your staff to self manage all three CBX products, develops scripts, messages, call campaigns, and fully utilize the system.


Support Plans

CBX Systems offers three annual support plans tailored to meet the needs of any client.

Standard Annual Plan:

  1. CBX Systems updates provided quarterly (when available) at no charge
  2. Scripts created during installation will be changed when required
  3. Questions and phone assistance with new projects available from 9:00 am - 8:00 PM Eastern

Silver Annual Plan:

  1. CBX Systems updates provided quarterly (when available) at no charge
  2. Scripts created during installation will be changed when required
  3. Questions and phone assistance with new projects available from 9:00 am - 8:00 PM Eastern
  4. Up to 3 new project scripts will be created and implemented
  5. 5 Custom based browser reports per year

Gold Annual Plan:

  1. CBX Systems updates provided quarterly (when available) at no charge
  2. Scripts created during installation will be changed when required
  3. Questions and phone assistance with new projects available from 9:00 am - 8:00 PM Eastern
  4. Any new project scripts will be created and implemented
  5. Up to 10 Custom reports
  6. Daily monitoring of the system
  7. Any dialer work that the client requests that does not require on-site visits
